What is Vermicomposting

Nature has perfect solution for managing the waste it creates ,if left undisturbed .The bio chemical cycles are designed to clear the waste material produced by animals and plants .we can mimic the same methods that are present in nature .All dead and dry leaves and twigs decompose and are broken down by organisms such as worms and insects, and finally by bacteria and fungi ,to form a dark mineral rich soil  like material  called compost
These organism in soil use the organic material as food ,which in turn provide them nutrients for their growth and activities .These nutrients are returned to soil to be used by plants and trees .This process recycles nutrients in nature
This soil can be used as a manure for farms  and gardens
In vermi composting  mainly  earthworms are used

Compact florescent light glass

Fluorescent lamp is a gas-discharge lamp that uses electricity to excite mercury vapor in argon or neon
gas, resulting in plasma that produces short-wave ultraviolet light. This light then causes a phosphor to
fluoresce, producing visible light.
Fluorescent tubes are found in various sizes and types, typically four and eight-foot long lamps with
varying diameters. They require separate ballasts independent of the bulb. Most times they are bulky
which seems to be cause of concern for most designers. They have different ends, on the pins, at either
end of the long tube, so they cannot be used in the wrong fixtures.
As the name suggests Compact Fluorescent bulbs are generally smaller in size than the regular
fluorescent lamps, they are made in special shapes to fit in standard household light sockets, like table
lamps and ceiling fixtures.
