Dr kalam Birth Anniversary

 A P J Abdul Kalam

(October 15 , 1931 – July 27, 2015)

A ideal man, scientist and former president of India

He was so great that and simple that every child wants to be like him .he was a statue of knowledge, innovation, inspiration, self reliance , and love for country. He wanted to see every child every student fly. He  often said student to have wings and start fly in the world of dream ,world of knowledge. He was a missile man a lover of science ,a lover of rockets. He encourages students to dream ,think and act .he was a real hero , he will be always with us . Kalam will never go .

He wanted to make India a super power ,developed in every aspect, self reliant in every aspect from pin to aeroplane but India is still procuring a large part of  defence arsenal from out side   . This act will never make India a super power ,self reliant and developed.

He was a pathfinder ,a great teacher .His life is a message that inspires many. He lived for the nation and worked for the nation.

Dr. Kalam will be always with us and We  will make India Developed

Global Hunger Index (GHI)

Global Hunger Index

The global hunger index (GHI) is a multi dimensional statical tool used to describe the state of countries hunger situation .The GHI measures progress and failures in global fight against hunger . The GHI is updated once a year   .
GHI ranks countries on a 100 point scale zero is the best score(no hunger) and 100 is worst .

The global hunger index 2015 shows that through progress has been made since the turn of the century the level of hunger in the world remains unacceptably high largely because of armed conflict

India’s global hunger index score is 29 which is above world average i.e. 21.7 .east and south east Asia have better score than India having score 13.2 while    south Asia score is 29.4

GHI combines four indicator and  calculated score for 117 countries in 2015

Wetlands

Wetlands

Wetlands refers to complex ecosystems encompassing   a wide range of inland ,coastal, and marine habitats such as flood plains ,swamps, marshy lands, tidal marshes ,deltas, glacier  fed  lands etc.
However the characteristics of both dry and wet environment are different based on their origin, geographical location, and hydro logical regime and substrate factors
Wetlands provides suitable habitat for migratory bird and animals, endemic plants, insects and invertebrates, primates (monkeys), waddle (duck) .

Wetlands are important for economic reasons; water from wetland is used for irrigation, agriculture, aquaculture, water for drinking after purification. It also recharges ground water, waterfall is used for tourism, Lake, Pond also attracts tourists.
India’s wetlands occur in the cold arid zone of ladakh ,  wet humid climate of imphal ,tropical monsoon central India and wet humid zone of southern peninsula .
Most of the wetlands are linked directly or indirectly with the major river system such as ganga  ,Brahmputra ,Narmada ,Godavari ,Krishna and Kaveri .

Fundamental right

The fundamental right are enshrined in part III of the constitution from article 12 to 35
The fundamental right are named so because the are guaranteed and protected by the constitution, which is fundamental law of land  they are fundamental also in sense that they are most essential for all round development (material, intellectual, moral and spiritual )   of the individuals

Originally the constitution provided for seven fundamental right viz

1. Right to equality   (article 14 to 18)
2. Right to freedom   (article 19 to 22)
3. Right against exploitation (article 23 to 24)
4. Right to freedom of religion   (article 25 to 28))
5. Cultural and educational right   (article 29 to 30)
6.  Right to property  (article  31)
7. Right to constitutional remedies     (article 32)

However right to property was deleted from the list of fundamental right by the 44th  amendment act 1978
It is made legal right under article 300A in part Xii of constitution .
So  at present only six fundamental right.

एक कदम जनतंत्र कि ओर

हम अपने बातों को माननिये प्रधानमंत्री जी को पहुंचा सकते है ,इसके लिए भारत सरकार ने एक साईट सुरु किया है | साईट है  mygov.in .|इसपर जाकर हम अपने विचार रख सकते है |यह एक कदम है जनतंत्र कि ओर जिसमे हरेक आदमी अपने बात को कह सकता है ,बता सकता है ,शिकायत कर सकता है ,अनुरोध कर सकता है ,शायद यह विज्ञानं का उपहार है ,जो सरकार और आम आदमी को निकट लाएगा  | आम आदमी अपनी बाते सरकार को बताना चाहता है इसके जरिये वह अपनी बात बता सकता है |आशा है प्रधानमंत्री जी यहाँ के लोगों कि बात को जरुर सुनेंगे और कदम उठाएंगे |अच्छे अच्छे बिचार लोग सरकार को दे सकते है जिससे विकाश की रफ़्तार तेज होगी ,हम यही तो चाहते है | सरकार ने ऐसे शुरू करके काफी अच्छा काम किया है |आशा है बहुत सारे लोग इसपर अपने विचार रखेंगे और सरकार उसपर गौर करेगी |

जापान की पांच एस प्रबंधन तरीका

जापान एक छोटा सा देश है ,लेकिन अर्थव्यवस्था में विश्व में  अपना विशिस्ट स्थान रखता है | वहाँ लोग छुट्टियाँ लेते ही नहीं | जी डी पी में दुनिया में तीसरा स्थान रखता है इसलिए यह देश काफी यहम है और यहाँ के लोग भी काफी प्रेरणा देने वाले है | एक छोटे से देश को एक वैश्विक ताकत बनाने का तरीका जापान से बेहतर कोई नहीं बता सकता | चलिए आज जापान कि पांच एस प्रबंधन प्रणाली के बारे में जानते है |किसी भी कारखाने को चलने के लिए प्रबंधन कि जरुरत होती है | विना प्रबंधन के कुछ नहीं हो सकता
पांच एस प्रबंधन प्रणाली
1.पहला एस ( SORT )
 बेकार कि चीजों को काम के जगह से हटाया जाय
जिन चीजों का काम नहीं है उसे हटाया जाये
2 दूसरा एस ( SYSTEMATIC ARRANGEMENT)
काम कि चीजों को एक व्यवास्थित तरीके से रखा जाये ताकि उसे इस्तेमाल करना आसान हो |
समय की बर्बादी को रोका जाये
चीजों को एक क्रम में रखा जाये
3 तीसरा एस (SPIC AND SPAN)
काम के जगह को साफ रखा जाये
स्वछता और सफाई से काम करने में मजा आयेगा |
काम के जगह को सुरक्षित होना चाहिए |
4 चौथा एस  (STANDARDIZE)
काम एक स्तर का होना चाहिए |
स्तर से कोई समझोता नहीं |
हरेक विधि और कार्य कर्म में एक स्तर को रखा जाये
5 पाचवाँ एस (SUSTAIN)
काम को देखता रहा जाये  ,ऑडिट  और पैसे का एक निश्चित अंतराल पर जाँच
अनुशासन  और निरंतर सुधार

Doordarshan :few facts

Doordarshan 

Doordarshan , a public service broadcaster ,is one of the largest television network in world.  It started a service on 15 September 1959 at Delhi with the transmission of educational and developmental programme on an experimental basis.  The second television centre was started in Bombay in 1972 and later Doordarshan‘s television service was expanded to other places  .
The rapid expansion of DD started in 1984 with almost every day   a transmitter being installed in country. Doordarshan is presently operating 31 TV channels besides free to air DTH service
