कौनोतोरी (सफ़ेद सारस) प्रयोग क्या है

जापान ने शुक्रवार को कौनोतोरी नाम का स्पेस कैप्सूल अंतरिक्ष में भेजा जिसका काम अंतरिक्ष कचरे को साफ करना है जो पृथ्वी के चक्कर लगा रहें  है |
अंतरिक्ष कचरा या स्पेस जंक छोटे बड़े अंतरिक्ष यान उपग्रह  या किसी अंतरिक्ष मिशन के अवसिस्ट  है जो अब कार्य नहीं कर रहे और अंतरिक्ष में तेजी से घूम रहे है | ये  वर्त्तमान अंतरिक्ष यानो के लिए भारी खतरा बने हुए है ,इसलिए इस कचरे को साफ करना बेहद जरुरी हो गया है इसी दिशा में जापान ने एक कदम उठाया है ,इस लिए  उसने कौनोतोरी नाम का कप्सुल अंतरिक्ष में भेजा है ताकि इस दिशा में प्रयोग किया जा सके |
इसके लिए कैप्सूल सात सौ मीटर मेटैलिक लाइन का प्रयोग करेगा जो की एक विद्युतिये तार का काम करेगा यह अल्मुनियम और स्टेनलेस स्टील से बना हुआ जाल है | इसकी मदद से  कचरे की गति को कम करने का प्रयास किया जायेगा ताकि वह अंततः पृथ्वी के वायुमंडल में घुसकर नष्ट हो जाये |
